Legend has it, when the first Song Emperor died, he enjoyed dim sum so much that he ordered all his chefs to be buried with him. That way, he would never be without his favourite foods in the afterlife. If he had tasted Jun Ming, he would have had the brewers buried too! Jun Ming is a saffron coloured lager. The foam forms a white head like the clouds over Nanling Mountains. The beer has a sweetness yet is balanced by a delicate bitterness. Soft on the palate, with a tickle from the gentle carbonation, this beer will not ruin your appetite. Luckily for the brewers the mountain is high and the emperor far away!
